Local budgets in 2018 will grow at the expense of rental payments for subsoil use, - Zubko

Local budgets will grow at the expense of a 5% rental payment for the use of subsoil, as well as 100% of the single tax paid by agricultural producers. This was on Tuesday, January 9, said Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine Gennady Zubko.

According to him, enrollment of the rental fee will be carried out in the following amounts: 3% - to the budgets of cities of regional significance, OGG, 2% - to the regional budgets, 2% - to the regional budget, 1% - to the rural, settlement, city budgets of the cities of the regional meanings.

Also this year, 100% of the single tax paid by the payers of the fourth group - agricultural producers, will be credited to local budgets this year, 86% were added last year, - the minister said, adding that the state will continue to financially support investment and regional development projects. Appropriate funds are provided for by the state budget, Zubko assured, explaining that in particular, six billion hryvnias - at the expense of the State Fund for Regional Development, five billion - a subvention for the social and economic development of the territories, 1.9 billion - a subvention for the formation of the OTG infrastructure and five billion - a subvention for the development of medicine in rural areas.



In total, the state budget provides for 284 billion hryvnia subventions to local budgets. In particular, 61.7 billion hryvnias of educational subvention, 57.4 milliards of medical subventions, 73.7 billion for concessions and housing subsidies and 59.9 billion for families with children.

Recall, as URA-Inform jointly, to date, 33 territorial communities are waiting for the decision of the Central Election Commission to appoint the first election.
