And through international payment systems - 1.67 billion dollars, through informal channels - 1.4 billion dollars.
According to the regulator, the main sources of remittances are pay and private transfers of $ 2.1 billion.
The leader in terms of cash flow was the US - 547 million dollars, followed by Russia - 460 million dollars.
In third place in terms of the volume of transfers - Germany, on the fourth - Great Britain (243 million dollars), on the fifth - Cyprus.
As for remittances to Ukraine in the 1 st quarter by the systems of money transfers created by residents and non-residents amounted to 567 million dollars and 68 million dollars - from Ukraine.
As previously reported, "URA-Inform", the National Bank of Ukraine introduces a new type of bank accounts. This is a conditional storage account - escrow. The regulator has already developed an order for banks to open such accounts.
