The Kiev District Administrative Court refused to satisfy the claim against the chief military prosecutor Anatoly Matios and NAPK regarding the decision to close information on the property status of the military prosecutor's office officials. This was reported by the press service of the court.

The court noted that they did not establish violations of the requirements of the current legislation when Matios decided to prohibit the promulgation of declarations of employees of the prosecutor's office.
Also, the plaintiff asked the court to oblige NAPK to include electronic declarations of officials of the military prosecutor's office in the Unified State Register of Declarations.
