The head of the financial department on Thursday, December 21, said that cases are being initiated and actively promoted against the acting officials of the said structures.

As the Minister wrote on his Facebook page, the GPU opened a number of criminal cases concerning allegedly illegal actions of the officials of PrivatBank, the Ministry of Finance and the NBU, and now investigative actions are being conducted on these cases.

In addition, according to Danilyuk, the Prosecutor General's Office is actively initiating criminal cases against advisers engaged in investigating the withdrawal of funds from the financial institution before its nationalization.

The Minister also added that "PrivatBank" initiated the initiation of five criminal cases, in particular, on bringing the bank to insolvency, illegal withdrawal of various means from the bank, improper use of confidential information from the servers of the bank. However, none of these cases to date has been referred to the court.

At the same time, Danilyuk believes that the meeting of Yuriy Lutsenko with Igor Kolomoisky in Amsterdam was not "accidental" and raises many questions.

Recall, the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko said that the GPU does not have any criminal proceedings against the auditors of "PrivatBank".

As reported URA-Inform, the High Court of England on Wednesday evening, December 20, issued an order on the worldwide seizure of assets of Ukrainian businessmen Igor Kolomoysky and Gennady Bogolyubov. Total assets amount to $ 2.5 billion.
