The Ukrainian bill on the state budget-2018 has already laid down the development of a mechanism for payment of t. "living money" for utility services. About this it is a transitional provision to the law on the state budget for 2018.
For example - the documents indicate that the Cabinet in the second half of 2018. will have to develop and approve the introduction mechanism since January 2019. granting subsidies to citizens for payment of housing and communal services in cash - at the level of the end user.
As reported URA-Inform, A. Parubius earlier in November 2017. signed a law on housing and communal services and on financial guarantees for medical care and social protection of veterans.
