According to him, "The New Law on Housing and Communal Services" determines the list of rights and obligations between the activists of the housing and communal services market. The main advantage for people here is that consumers have a mechanism to protect their own rights, Zubko stressed.. He also noted that the consumer received the right not to pay for utilities (for example, garbage collection, water supply), except for heat, if they do not use them for the period of their absence for more than 30 calendar days.
