10% of the amount of paid VAT refunds - about seven billion hryvnia - this year received "Kernel". With this net profit is 176.2 million dollars, that is about 5 billion UAH. Experts also believe that a VAT refund creates an imbalance in the society and creates discrediting, and therefore they suggest that it be darkened.
