Ukrzaliznytsia intends to index freight tariffs in autumn

Already in October, tariffs will rise by 22, 5 percent. On Wednesday, August 16, approved a new draft consolidated financial plan "Ukrzaliznytsya" for 2017.

PJSC reports that the calculation of revenues from freight traffic for 2017 takes into account the indexation of tariffs for the transport of goods.

At the same time, on average for the year, the indexation of tariffs for freight traffic within Ukraine will amount to 5.6%.

At the same time, the draft of the financial plan does not provide for indexation of tariffs for transportation of passengers within Ukraine in 2017.

Let's remind, earlier it was provided, that indexation of tariffs for cargo transportation will be spent since June, 15th, 2017.

As reported URA-Inform, the new head of Ukrzaliznytsia promised not to raise ticket prices until the end of the year.
