According to Zubko, financial decentralization does not slow down now. Budgets on the ground increased by 25 billion hryvnia in recent months - if compared with the same period in 2016. For seven months, the general fund of local budgets received about 103 billion hryvnia. Budgets of individual communities reached UAH 4.7 billion in seven months.
