Thus, the head of state signed a bill on making some changes to the law "On the State Budget for 2017". This law, among other things, involves an additional allocation of 186 million hryvnias for the introduction of the state program of treatment of citizens of Ukraine in other countries. Such data was disseminated by the Ministry of Health.

Soon after the funds have been transferred, an urgent meeting of the commission will be held, which is responsible for sending people to other countries for treatment. At the meeting they want to prepare the necessary documents, as well as fulfill all the agreements.
