As noted, the amount of cash in circulation in Ukraine in the form of banknotes - 328.9 billion hryvnia (2.8 billion pieces) and coins - 2.04 billion hryvnia (12.9 billion units).
At the same time, the total number of banknotes per capita was 66, while the exchangeable coins were 291.
In addition, the most variable note was a banknote with a face value of 200 hryvnia (20.05%) and a coin with a face value of 10 kopecks (29.58%).
It should be noted that very rarely the population used banknotes of 20 hryvnias (4.76%) and coins with a nominal value of 1 hryvnia (3.81%).
