Scientific and Production Corporation "Uralvagonzavod" again under threat of bankruptcy. OOO "Engineer" demands from the company through the court to return about 18 million rubles.

According to the file of the Arbitration Court, the "Engineer" filed three lawsuits against the defense-industrial enterprise for the amount of 16 million 963 thousand rubles, 276 thousand rubles and 604 thousand rubles.

Recall that previously the total debt of "Uralvagonzavod" was 7.3 billion rubles and 30.2 million dollars, in connection with which the possibility of its bankruptcy was considered. In January this year, UVZ received state guarantees in the amount of 25.7 billion rubles for refinancing debts on loans received from Gazprombank and Alfa-Bank.
