And therefore the country's problem is not in a bad demographic situation, but in the fact that they do not make contributions to the Pension Fund.
And for this reason, the growth of requirements for insurance experience will create conditions in which workers will begin to demand from their employers the fulfillment of obligations and formal registration for service.
