Such a statement today at the press conference was made by Pavel Petrenko - Ukrainian Minister of Justice. According to him, the decision taken by the Stockholm Arbitration Court in the case of Naftogaz and Gazprom is a signal to all foreign investors that it is possible to enter our country.
He also noted that foreign investors can come to Ukraine, because from now on the price for natural gas in the Ukrainian territory is formed according to the standards of Europe. Judgment will stop blackmail and bring to nothing corruption - added the minister.
As reported URA-Inform, the Stockholm arbitration decided to satisfy the lawsuit Naftogaz "against" Gazprom - on the principle - "take and pay".
