Arrears in the payment of salaries in Ukraine in April this year increased by 5.6% since last month. And today it is 2.185 billion hryvnia.
This is reported by the State Statistical Service.
The report says that since the beginning of the year wage arrears have increased by 22%. According to the statistics service, arrears to employees of economically active enterprises in April increased by 10.4% - to 1.135 billion hryvnia. At the same time, almost half of the debt was formed in Lugansk (24.5%) and Donetsk (16.3%) regions.
Earlier, URA-Inform reported that the debts for communal services since the beginning of the year increased to 25.4 billion hryvnia.
