In addition, the current head of the NBU noted that for the new candidate this position is a project of new currency regulation, development of infrastructure and capital market tools and much more.

According to the NBU, the first deputy chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine, Yakov Smoliy, has been acting as head of the NBU since May 11, 2017.
