The hryvnia exchange rate on the interbank foreign exchange market on Friday, May 5, fell to 26.495 UAH / dollar from 26.475 UAH / USD at the close of trading on the previous business day.
As the dealers of commercial banks reported, quotes of hryvnia to the end of trading amounted to 26.48-26.51 UAH / dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) did not hold an auction on that day.
According to the NBU, the weighted average rate of hryvnia on the interbank foreign exchange market on this day fell to 26.5093 UAH / dollar from 26.4858 UAH / USD on the previous business day.
The trade turnover amounted to $ 278.12 million, whereas on the previous working day it amounted to $ 339.60 million.
