As of today, 726 associations of co-owners of apartment buildings have become participants in the government program "warm" loans. Together they attracted 91.5 million UAH for insulation of housing, the press service of the State Energy Efficiency.
In particular, last week 13 AJOAH attracted UAH 2.1 million for energy efficiency measures. For comparison, the previous week 9 OSMD received more than 1 million USD for insulation.
It is noted that OSMDs usually implement various measures: installation of heat meters, arrangement of ITPs, replacement of windows, carrying out complex insulation at home.
"OSMD-participants win twice. First, they receive a cost recovery from 40% to 70% of the state budget,. Additional compensation for the AJOAH can be obtained from local authorities.

Recall that the Cabinet of Ministers has obliged the energy supply companies to compensate the condominiums and housing cooperatives for the costs of maintaining domestic power grids.
