From April 4, 2025, Ukrainians can receive hospital payments both at the main place of work and at the place of work part -time. This became possible due to the adoption of a new law that does not provide for restrictions on the number of places of receipt of insurance payments. According to the new norms, the allowance for temporary disability, pregnancy and childbirth will be provided to insured persons not only at the main place of work (or activities), but also at the place of work part -time. This applies to both employees and persons engaged in entrepreneurial or other activities.
The law does not establish restrictions on the number of places of part -time job, according to which employees can receive insurance payments. Thus, Ukrainians working in several jobs will be able to receive sick leave from each of their employer.
