In addition, the call center employees carried out orders from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Russian TV channels such as NTV +, Rostelecom and sanctioned banking institutions: VTB, Alfa-Bank, Gazprom Bank and others..

Up to 200 operators were involved in the work, who worked around the clock in two shifts.

During searches in the office premises of call centers, law enforcement officers seized more than 120 computers with Russian-made software, documents testifying to the cooperation of an illegal structure with an aggressor country, black accounting, customer service instructions, conspiracy methods in case of checks, technical documentation with schedules.

In the framework of criminal proceedings, investigative actions continue to prosecute persons involved in the illegal activities of call centers.
