The duty unit of the Severodonetsk police (Luhansk region) received a message about the possible mining of the car from the officer on duty 3 of the GU SB of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk regions at 14:22.

The SBU reported that under one of the service cars they found an unknown object that could be an explosive device.
