By the verdict of the Chervonozavodsky District Court of Kharkov, the man was found guilty of h. 2 st. 15, h. 1 st. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, he was sentenced to 9 years in prison.
The verdict of the court has not entered into force at present, since it was appealed by the accused and the prosecutor.
