A 19-year-old previously convicted resident of the city of Lozova is suspected of committing a crime, police say.
November 11, around 01-00 a 43-year-old woman turned to the local police.
On arrival at the scene, police detained the attacker.
The police found that the guy came to the victim's households, having with him a prefabricated metal pipe. Then he broke the window and climbed into the house. In the house the offender attacked the woman, seized her money in the amount of 600 hryvnia and a passport. In the future, he closed the house and prevented the free movement of the victim.
Physical evidence withdrawn.
According to this fact, criminal proceedings were instituted according to h. 3 st. 187 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment of imprisonment for a term of 7 to 12 years..
