The Kharkov local prosecutor's office No. 6 started two criminal proceedings on the abuse of authority by officials of state authorities and one of the township councils of the Kharkov district (h. 1 st. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the head of the local prosecutor's office Andrei Yakovlev, two decisions of the village council were groundlessly alienated the land of one of the higher educational institutions of the Kharkov region.
"Officials unlawfully transferred ownership of 45 hectares of black soil to 28 citizens, ignoring the fact that lands belong to the right of permanent use of the educational institution and for about 50 years are used by its pilot farm. Sites were allocated to citizens for farming, as well as for gardening and gardening, "- said in the message of the oblast prosecutor's office.
Violations of the law were discovered in August this year when the land inventory by the university.
Now the pre-trial investigation is continuing.
