The brother of Elena Zaitseva, the person involved in a bloody car accident in Kharkov, got caught driving under the influence of alcoholic intoxication. This is reported by "Kiev operative".

The incident occurred on the night of June 4 in Kharkov. Auto, driven by Vasiliy Zaitsev, was stopped by police patrol officers.

"Also had all the signs of intoxication, but refused any tests," reads the message.

As it was informed earlier, on October 18, 2017 in Kharkov at the intersection of Sumskaya Street and Mechnikov Lane there was a collision of "Lexus" under the control of 20-year-old Elena Zaitseva, who was moving to the red traffic light, and the car "Volkswagen Taureg", at the wheel of which was a 49- year-old Gennady Dronov. After the collision, "Lexus" flew to the sidewalk and shot down 11 pedestrians. Five people died on the spot, another person died from injuries in the hospital. The court took Dronov and Zaitsev into custody for the duration of the investigation into the case.
