According to the first deputy head of the Pervomaisky local prosecutor's office Roman Travkin, it is about 203 hectares of agricultural land in the territory of Novovodolazhskiy district.

In 2014, the State Agency for Goszemagentstva in the region illegally rented a farm for one of the local entrepreneurs for 49 years. These parts of the farmer were leased out of state-owned land.

However, by that time the man had already established a farm:

he had more than 1,000. hectares of agricultural land, and therefore by law did not have the right to receive new plots outside the auction.

Now the case is open for proceedings and the suit is under consideration by the court.
