In Kharkov during the investigation of another crime law enforcement officers stumbled upon a house with slaves. This was reported in the press service of the Kharkov regional prosecutor's office.

The Kharkov local prosecutor's office No. 3 together with the police in the investigation of the criminal proceedings of another crime in one of the private houses Nemyshlyanskaya district of Kharkov found about 30 people who reported that they were being held forcibly, allegedly for the purpose of treatment from drug dependence.

According to the head of the local prosecutor's office Ruslan Skuratovich, it is established that men and women aged 25 to 45 years were brought against their will to the house.

According to testimony of witnesses, who are now being investigated by investigation, the victims were seized right on the street and taken to the house. There they took away telephones, documents and personal belongings. The exit from the room was permanently locked, and on the windows there were lattices everywhere. In addition to the slaves were guarded. Some of the prisoners claim that they did not go out for more than a year.

In the clandestine center, medical preparations that, according to the slaves, were forcibly forced to take them. In the near future, an expert examination will be appointed, which should establish the content of drugs and their prescription.

Criminal proceedings started on h. 2 items. 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unlawful deprivation of liberty, abduction of two or more persons).

Currently, priority investigative actions are continuing, all the circumstances of the case and the persons involved.
