According to preliminary information, communal workers arrived to the village of Dolinovka to carry out maintenance work on power grids. The repair team was contacted by a 68-year-old pensioner who categorically demanded to stop repairing the networks, threatening the workers with weapons of mass destruction.

The old man was outraged by the fact that the workers began to saw the branches of trees that were on his site to restore power supply in the village.

A quarrel broke out, during which the man took out his hunting rifle from the house and started shooting towards the communal workers.

On the scene were called police officers. Law enforcers seized a gun, permission for which the man was not.
