SBU detained a bribe customs officer in Zaporozhye

Law enforcement officers established that the tax and customs advisor had created a corruption scheme for obtaining bribes from entrepreneurs and individuals for not creating artificial obstacles during the disinhibition of goods.

So, law enforcement officers documented another fact of extortion by an official of a thousand dollars from a local resident for unhindered passage of customs control and customs clearance of goods.

In the framework of criminal proceedings, investigative actions continue.

As previously reported, "URA-Inform", in the Kharkov region police detained the head of the department for the disclosure of economic crimes of the operational department of the Main Directorate of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and the senior officer of the said department.
