At the Moscow airport Vnukovo during the exit from the plane of the King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, the gangway broke down.
As can be seen on the publicly disclosed shots, the Saudi monarch traveled only a few steps, after which the escalator jammed, and he had to go down himself.
At the airport, he was met with an honor guard of Russian servicemen, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov and other Russian officials.
Let us note that this is the first visit of Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud to Russia. During his time, the King intends to meet with the Kremlin's head Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
