According to the source, a 47-year-old refugee from Kazakhstan quarreled with a Ukrainian citizen, with whom he lived in the same room. The blows of the Kazakh were so strong that on the arrival of the doctors, the man died on the spot from the injuries.
It is not known what caused the conflict between neighbors, but law enforcement officers suspect that it could have been a domestic scuffle.
The suspect will be brought to trial today, September 24. He faces more than ten years of a strict-regime colony.
