According to the newspaper, a roadside bomb in the southern province of Afghanistan in Kandahar exploded, killing at least 6 civilians who were traveling in a car that got on the device.
It is noted that the bomb was planted by militants of the Taliban terrorist organization to attack the Afghan military, but the device worked during the passage of the car with civilians.
"All the people who died in the car were young people from this area," said the representative of the Governor of the province of Fasel, Bari Baryalai.
We add that improvised explosive devices, such as roadside bombs, are one of the most deadly threats to civilians in Afghanistan.
