As noted, the jihadist terrorist cell included at least six people. Five people were detained in Morocco and one in Melilla, a Spanish enclave in North Africa.
It is also reported that the suspect cell leader, a 39-year-old Moroccan living in Melilla, was detained while visiting a neighboring country. In particular, a man is suspected of recruiting youth in the center for re-education, where he worked and disseminated propaganda of IGIL.
By the way, this group planned a large-scale terrorist attack. In addition, the attackers held night meetings, during which they conducted physical training and imitated murders by decapitation.
Recall, as reported by "URA-Inform," previously a terrorist attack in Kabul was prepared by a criminal group "Taliban". As a result, the terrorist attack suffered more than ten and killed five people.
