As reported by the police, in the house of the 59-man partially damaged walls and metal-plastic windows, and in the house of his neighbor - a 65-year-old woman - two windows.
As a result of the explosion, none of the people were injured.
The fragments and a metal lever found on the site of the accident were sent for examination, which will be carried out by the Rivne Scientific-Research Expert-Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations, this case takes place in part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism).
