Liners hooked each other with wings. Fortunately, none of the passengers were injured, but both planes were damaged.
According to CBC, near the first terminal at about ten o'clock in the evening the plane of Air Canada hooked on the plane of the Polish company LOT Polish Airlines. In turn, the representative of the Transport Safety Council of Canada, Chris Krepski, said that the damage to the wings of both aircraft was extensive.
On board the Canadian liner were 286 passengers, and for the flight of the Polish company was the landing of passengers. As a result of the incident, the flight from Toronto to Warsaw was canceled, and all the passengers were accommodated in the hotel and relocated to other flights.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, at the Turkish airport Ataturk in Istanbul, collided two passenger aircraft on the runway.
