In Kharkov during the daytime shift on July 17, the politicians found two drunken drivers and one driver with signs of drug intoxication. All drivers have compiled protocols on h. 1 st. 130 КУоАП, have informed in management of patrol police of Kharkov.
One of the results of the state of intoxication test was a record. The driver of the Mercedes Sprinter car gas analyzer "Drager" showed 3,25 per mille alcohol in the blood (a serious degree of intoxication). According to the police, this is one of the record indicators for drivers who drive vehicles during the day.
In addition, in the driver's car with signs of drug intoxication, policemen found substances similar to drugs.
