The case of the murder of Boris Nemtsov's politician was completed on Thursday, June 29, by the jury's verdict of guilty in respect of all the defendants. The first jury found guilty of Zaur Dadaev found guilty of the murder of the politician, his guilt was recognized by 10 jurors, against two made, told from the courtroom correspondent of RIA Novosti,.

The jury in the case of the murder of the politician Boris Nemtsov on the verdict took 13 hours of discussion, spaced for three days. It was expected that they would issue a verdict on June 26. However, they did not succeed in reaching a consensus. The decision was not adopted on the second day of the discussion. Judge Yury Zhitnikov postponed the meeting on Thursday, as the case in question is really complicated.

Zaur Dadayev, a former employee of the Chechen Interior Ministry, was found guilty of murdering opposition member Boris Nemtsov along with his accomplices - the brothers Anzor and Shadid Gubashev, Tamerlan Eskerkhanov and Khamzat Bakhayev. The prosecution insisted that all defendants were involved in the murder of Nemtsov. The criminal case is being considered by the military court, since at the time of the alleged crime Dadayev served in the battalion "North" of the VV MVD of the Russian Federation.

Boris Nemtsov was killed on the evening of February 27, 2015 on the Great Stone Bridge. The murderers followed the politician. According to the investigation, Nemtsov's routes were tracked by Eskerhanov, and Bakhayev supplied the accomplices with this information and had to provide them with shelter after the murder.

Representatives of the victims consider four of the five defendants guilty. In their opinion, Bakhaev's guilt has not been proven. During the trial, all the accused denied their guilt.

The investigation believes that the client of the murder of Nemtsov is Ruslan Mukhudinov, the case in respect of which is allocated to a separate production. Since November 2015 Mukhudinov is on the international wanted list.

According to the Criminal Code, for participation in contract killing all the defendants face punishment up to life imprisonment. The jury did not consider that the defendants deserve indulgence (eight jurors protested against indulgence, four - for). The court will set a deadline after next week the prosecutor's office will name the punishment that it considers well deserved.

The defendants themselves met the verdict of the jury calmly, without a single word. Cried only the wife of Khamzat Bakhaev, hearing that he does not deserve leniency.
