The report says that there may be more deaths, but so far it is impossible to confirm.

It is noted that the cause of the fires was that on Saturday in Portugal there was intense heat, in some regions the temperature exceeded 40 degrees.

The fire broke out in the municipality of Pedrogan-Grandi. Fire extinguishers were attended by 500 fire department employees and 160 cars.

It is also reported that several settlements were affected by the fire, but there is as yet no exact data on the extent of the damage.
