On the yacht "Solaris" were 8 people, including two minors. On the high-speed boat "Stealth-007" there were four people. "A powerful collision occurred near the shore, 200-300 meters in the water area of ??Kerch. The boat has two engines. The ships did not sink, they are afloat, "said Vladimir Ivanov, an assistant to the head of the Crimean department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. As a result of the collision, two people from the yacht died, four more people were injured, and one victim was in serious condition. All of them were taken to the hospital № 1 of the city of Kerch. Children did not suffer.

Rescuers and law enforcement officers worked at the scene. On the fact of the collision a criminal case was opened. As it turned out, the driver of the boat was drunk. He is detained.
