The EU plans to discuss the issue of a ban on issuing visas to Russians. Radio Liberty journalist Rikard Jozwiak announced this on Twitter.

“At the moment, it is unlikely that the EU as a whole will jointly agree to stop issuing tourist visas to Russians, but, as is the case with many EU sanctions against Russia this year, anything is possible..
