It is reported that three years after the signing of the Minsk agreements it was only possible to stop the advance of the pro-Russian troops in the east of Ukraine, but the process of reintegration of the territories and the issue of liberation of the hostage is in a frozen state. Employees of the department argue that the possibility of a settlement of the conflict still exists, but this requires the political will of the leadership from both states.

They also left aside the possibility of accelerating the process of liberation of the Donbass with the help of the UN peacekeeping mission, since there is still the possibility of continuing the war.

Germany once again called for the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the Donbas.

As reported in "Ura-Inform," during the night and Sunday, February 11, the militants did not stop shelling the strong points of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbass.
