At the request of the capital's prosecutor's office, the son of a people's deputy can not sit down for two months at the wheel of a car. As Nadezhda Maksimets, the press secretary of the Kyiv city prosecutor's office, reported on her Facebook page on Thursday, September 7, the decision was taken by the Shevchenkovsky district court of the capital at today's meeting.

Recall, August 27 in Kiev there was an accident involving the son of the People's Deputy.



Police opened a criminal investigation into the accident. On August 29, Shufrych Jr. was informed of a suspicion of committing a crime under the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Violation of traffic safety rules, which caused serious bodily harm.

On August 30 Shevchenkovsky district court of Kiev dismissed the suspect on bail of his father, MP Nestor Shufrych.

As reported URA-Inform, the Kiev prosecutor's office appealed the measure of restraint to the Court of Appeal of Kiev.
