Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Malyar said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine could not fully implement their plans in Severodonetsk due to the fact that unofficial information appeared on social networks before the official statements of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to her, premature unofficial statements and publications in social networks harm the work of the Ukrainian military..

Malyar explained that this takes precious time from the Ukrainian defenders - a day / two, during which they could still implement their military plans and maneuvers in the conditions of non-publicity of the military operation.

“For example, at the same time as leaving or entering the city, several tasks are implemented in parallel. And for their implementation, it is important to do this in conditions of information silence, ”says the Deputy Minister of Defense.

She stressed that everything that can be said at this moment is told by official sources: the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense, which are always coordinated information.
