Every year, Ikea publishes a global survey report on how people live.. This year, the company's report pointed to an interesting trend: around the world, people less and less feel at home, being, actually, at home.

35% of residents of large cities admitted that they do not have this feeling in their own apartment;

almost half (45%) of Americans reported that, in order to get a sense of peace, they leave to sit in the car.

(Republis. ru) This is a very important transformation of people's attitudes towards housing..

The concept of "My home is my fortress" is gone.

20% of those polled 2 years ago by IKEA (that's why polling by such companies is free marketing - take it into service, but remember that polls should be useful) city residents said that they felt out of place at home.

In the last survey of such people was already 35%.
