Researchers gave several recommendations to people suffering from regular migraines.

So, it is advised to keep a diary of migraine to track the dynamics of the appearance of the disease - most often manifestations are observed during the cycle in women or after difficult working days. Also, migraine appears after a prolonged strain, which can be eliminated through meditation or physical activity.

One of the amplifiers of migraine is too bright lighting, so during bad health it will not be superfluous to be in a room with a dim light.

Do not forget that another irritant is the hot weather, so you need to dress according to a suitable temperature and be in the shade during the solar activity.

If the migraine is accompanied by a pressing pain in the eye area, then it will be easier to apply ice to the problem zone.

In addition, scientists advise to revise the diet and minimize the consumption of sugar, alcohol, dairy and flour products.
