American dieticians recommend urgently adding to the diet of each of us nuts. Cashew, pistachios, hazelnuts, cedar, walnuts and Brazil nuts are useful for coping with many troubles, for example, lowering the level of cholesterol and blood sugar or protecting oneself from heart diseases. And nuts help to lose weight.

Scientists have invited for their experiment 13 292 people - nut lovers - and found that the probability of occurrence of cardiovascular and other diseases is lower by five percent than those who do not include in their diet a favorite dessert protein.

In addition, experts drew attention to the fact that the body mass index for nut lovers is also lower, as well as the waist circumference.
