UEFA suspended Fenerbahce star Matteo Guenduzi from four to three matches after an appeal to the Turkish club. The Frenchman received punishment for incidents during the Champions League qualifying playoff match against Lyon.

As reported by Fenerbahce's press service, after considering the appeal of Guenduza's side, it was changed to three matches, and two of them will be forfeited with a trial term for one day. Previously, the football player was also fined 50 thousand euros.

Guenduzi, having already missed one match through disqualification, did not take part in the Fenerbahce vs Romi match on June 10.

In this manner, the French fighter will be able to return to the side of the Turkish team in the European Cup match against Aston Valley on June 14.
