Negotiations between West Ham and Tottenham over the transfer of winger Manor Solomon are now being stepped up. The parties have not yet reached the financial part of the agreement, reports The Athletic.

West Gem, who had last season's flights to the Championship, is ready to pay about 5 million pounds sterling for a 27-ranked football player. Now the Hammers are not willing to accept bonus payments, as Tottenham wants to transfer the team to the Premier League.
