National football goalkeeper of Ukraine Oleksandr Sukhov officially lost the Kiev HIT and became the head of Sporting Lisbon.
The press service of the Ukrainian club informed about the transition. The Portuguese giants are a strong winner of the Futsal Champions League and the 19-time champion of the country.
“Our club thanks Oleksandr Sukhov for everything he has done for HIT, for his incredible energy, thirst for victory and self-dedication in training and in matches. At the same time we won several championship titles of the Extra League, won the Super Cup and the Ukrainian Cup. We hope that the goalkeeper will achieve success with the new club and look forward to meeting with the futsal League of Champions,” says the club’s statement.
Sukhov played for XIT from the summer of 2018 when he transferred from InBev/NPU.
Over the course of all seasons, he became one of the world's greatest goalkeepers and a key figure both in the club and in the national team.
At the warehouse of the Kiev club, the goalkeeper played 250 official matches and scored 25 goals, three of which were scored by the Futsal Champions League.
KHIT also noted that due to stable performances in the international arena, Sukhov has been in the sphere of interests of major European clubs for a long time.
