Watford is negotiating the lease of Barcelona's attacking midfielder Gerard Deulofeu, reports Gianluca Di Marzio.

According to the source, the parties are close to concluding the agreement and the 23-year-old Spaniard will fly to England for a medical examination in the near future.

In the current season Deulofeu spent for Barcelona 13 matches in all tournaments, in which he scored one goal and gave one assists.

Deulofeu already played in England for Everton, where he scored eight goals in 75 games in all tournaments.
